Biography

Ligia has more than 15 years of marketing experience earned within multiple international companies along with a strong background in communications, psychology and residential staging. She has been actively involved in the real estate industry for many years now where she has operated as principal in several transactions across the U.S and now as agent for EWM.   Throughout the years, she has gathered experience dealing with buyers, sellers, investors, realtors, attorneys and institutional lenders.

Prior to moving to Florida, her path took her to several countries in Latin America, Europe, Asia and many cities around the United States. The exposure to different styles expanded her knowledge of the real estate arena and gave her the sensitiveness needed to work with clients from around the world. She is fluent in English, Spanish and German.

Combining her unique marketing expertise with a passion for customer service and detail, Ligia has proven again and again she can give your property a dramatic edge to stand out from other properties in its price range, timely, smoothly and cost-effectively. After all, to market your property you would need a marketer able to turn it into successful sale.

Ligia has completed a comprehensive training program covering specific techniques and concepts in home presentation and Staging. 

The Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR)

This designation is the only distressed property certification for real estate professionals that is both recognized & endorsed by The National Association of REALTORS.

The At Home With Diversity (AHWD)

The certification that helps to develop tools to expand homeownership opportunities for the growing number of culturally diverse buyers entering the housing market.  

 

Ligia also holds a Bachelor degree in Marketing.
